The authentic approach of our project is in harmony with our cherished TRADI-INNOVATION vision, in order to reconcile the best of yesterday with the vision of tomorrow. Swiss Choice will focus on the development of a sustainable project merging the following areas: Green Belt, Agriculture, Food Processing Plant, and Economic Project.
THE BISON PROJECT
We are developing our regenerative agriculture project, which involves an ecologically and economically sustainable approach. With our bison farming philosophy, we consider it an asset for biodiversity and land protection, as well as economic development. As examples, we can mention:
- With large-scale management and a holistic grazing plan, we do not practice intensive farming or overgrazing. Allowing fields to lie fallow for most of the year will improve or restore soil fertility and promote biodiversity.
- Large herds are gardeners. With their hooves, they bring old plant materials to the surface of the soil, press billions of seeds into the ground, and create the proper contact between seed and soil necessary for good germination.
- With their wool, excrement, they offer numerous opportunities for birds, insects to find food and materials necessary for nesting.
- With our desire to develop the entire meat process on site, we guarantee an eco-responsible, economical, and efficient result, with jobs in rural areas.
New source of local meat for the local population, with an opportunity for export.
RED PEARL
The Caspian Sea and its population of sturgeons were placed on the United Nations watchlist, and in 1998, sturgeon was added to the Washington Convention. As a direct consequence, a new industry of sturgeon breeding with caviar production as the final commercial goal began emerging in most countries around the world.
Our group represents the highest level of sturgeon breeding and caviar processing technology and know-how, and its leadership has been at the forefront of the international caviar industry, directly contributing to shaping the global caviar market into the luxurious position it occupies today. Our ultimate goal for the project is to establish an annual production of caviar and 500 thousand kilograms of fish meat in our fish farms in Kazakhstan.
We intend to restore the former glory of the Kazakhstan caviar industry in collaboration with the Ministry of Ecology and make the brand prestigious. We plan to create many jobs by establishing a sustainable business.
